Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, exchanges, download issues, duplicate purchases, and product-related concerns are handled for Figuree Studio digital products.

Overview

Figuree Studio sells digital products, including fonts, typefaces, font families, webfont files, license documents, and related downloadable materials. Because our products are digital and can be accessed, downloaded, copied, installed, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.

By purchasing from Figuree Studio, you agree that you are responsible for reviewing the product description, preview images, included files, supported features, and selected license type before completing your order.

This policy is designed to protect both customers and Figuree Studio while keeping our digital product delivery process clear and fair.

Digital Products

Our products are delivered digitally through download links, customer account access, email delivery, or other digital delivery methods. Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds simply because a customer changed their mind, no longer needs the font, bought the wrong product, selected the wrong license, or decided not to use the product after purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Downloaded font files or digital product files.
  • Font licenses that have already been issued or delivered.
  • Webfont files, desktop font files, or app/server font files.
  • Sale, discounted, promotional, bundle, or limited-time offer purchases.
  • Products purchased with coupon codes or special campaign pricing.
  • Custom font work, custom licenses, exclusive licenses, or commissioned projects.
  • Products purchased by mistake without a technical or delivery issue.

Cases We May Review

Although digital product purchases are generally final, we may review refund or replacement requests in limited cases.

A request may be reviewed if:

  • You purchased the same product twice by accident using the same account or email.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • The download file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be accessed due to an issue from our side.
  • The delivered product is significantly different from the product description.
  • You received the wrong file due to a technical or administrative error.

In these cases, Figuree Studio may choose to provide a replacement file, fix the download issue, issue store credit, upgrade or correct the license, or provide a refund where appropriate.

Requests That Are Not Eligible

Refund requests are generally not eligible if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You no longer need the font or project.
  • You purchased the wrong product or license without contacting us first.
  • You expected features that were not listed on the product page.
  • The font is not compatible with unsupported software, platforms, or workflows.
  • You do not like the style after downloading the product.
  • You failed to read the product description, license terms, or included file information.
  • You shared, installed, embedded, modified, or used the product after purchase.

Download Issues

If you cannot download your purchased product, please contact us with your order number, product name, purchase email, and a short explanation of the issue.

Before contacting us, please check your customer account, inbox, spam folder, promotions tab, and payment confirmation status. In most cases, download access can be restored or resent.

If the issue is caused by a technical problem on our side, we will do our best to provide a working download link or replacement file.

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us as soon as possible. We may review duplicate purchase cases if the duplicate order was made using the same customer account, email address, product, and license type.

If approved, we may issue a refund for the duplicate order or provide store credit. Duplicate purchase requests must be submitted before the duplicate product is used, shared, or licensed for another project.

Wrong License Selection

Please choose your license carefully before purchasing. Different projects may require different license types, such as desktop, webfont, professional, trademark logo, app, game, server, extended, or corporate usage.

If you selected the wrong license, we usually do not refund the original purchase. However, we may help you upgrade to the correct license by paying the difference, depending on the situation and our current licensing policy.

Refund Review Process

To request a review, contact us at hi@figureestudio.com with your order number, product name, purchase email, and reason for the request.

We will review the request and notify you whether it is approved, rejected, or eligible for another solution such as replacement, correction, store credit, license upgrade, or technical support.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. All refund decisions are reviewed case by case.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your bank, card, wallet, or payment provider account.

If you have not received an approved refund, please first check your bank account or payment provider. Then contact your card company, payment service, or bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items and Discounts

Sale items, discounted products, promotional bundles, coupon purchases, campaign offers, and limited-time deals are final and non-refundable unless there is a verified technical issue, duplicate charge, or delivery error caused by Figuree Studio.

Exchanges and Replacements

Because our products are digital, we do not offer traditional product exchanges. However, if a file is corrupted, missing, or incorrectly delivered, we may provide a corrected or replacement file.

We may also help with license upgrades when your project requires a broader license than the one originally purchased.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Most problems can be solved through download support, file replacement, license correction, or order review.

We may suspend download access, account access, or license support while a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute is under review.
