Overview
This End User License Agreement, also called “EULA” or “Agreement”, is a legal agreement between you, the user, customer, designer, company, agency, or organization, and Figuree Studio.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, embedding, copying, or using any font file, typeface, font family, webfont, or related digital product from Figuree Studio, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not install, access, download, copy, embed, or use the font files.
This Agreement applies to all Figuree Studio fonts and digital font products, whether purchased from our website, downloaded as a free product, received through a marketplace, distributed as a promotional item, or delivered through a custom license.
Ownership
All fonts, typefaces, font files, glyph designs, font names, specimen images, preview images, and related digital materials are the intellectual property of Figuree Studio or the respective rights holder.
Purchasing or downloading a font does not transfer ownership, copyright, source files, master files, design rights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights to you.
You are purchasing or receiving a limited license to use the font according to the license type, usage scope, and restrictions selected or provided at the time of purchase or download.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the license type you purchased or received, Figuree Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the font files for permitted projects.
The exact usage rights depend on the license selected at checkout, stated on the product page, included in the license document, or agreed separately in writing.
If your intended use is not clearly allowed by your license, you must contact Figuree Studio before using the font.
License Types
Figuree Studio may offer several license types depending on the product and project needs. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Standard + Webfont License — for general design, branding, social media, print, and basic website use.
- POD & Editable Template License — for print-on-demand products, editable templates, or design products where text remains editable.
- Professional License — for broader commercial usage, professional campaigns, client projects, and higher-volume use.
- Trademark Logo License — for logos, brand marks, or identity systems intended for trademark registration or exclusive brand use.
- App, Game & Server License — for embedding fonts in apps, games, software, digital platforms, servers, or dynamic text systems.
- Extended License — for larger-scale commercial usage, merchandise, packaging, campaigns, and expanded distribution.
- Corporate License — for company-wide, multi-team, enterprise, or custom usage needs.
License names, scope, seat limits, usage limits, pricing, and included rights may change over time. The license terms attached to your order or stated at the time of purchase apply to your usage.
Permitted Use
Depending on your license type, you may use the font to create finished designs such as logos, posters, social media graphics, websites, packaging, merchandise, editorial layouts, advertising materials, videos, presentations, client work, and other visual outputs.
Finished design output means a final image, video, print file, flattened artwork, outlined vector, rasterized graphic, PDF, or other non-editable work where the font file itself is not extracted, downloaded, installed, or reused by another person.
Your right to use the font is limited to the usage allowed by your selected license. Some use cases require an upgraded license or written permission from Figuree Studio.
Restrictions
Unless expressly allowed by your license or agreed in writing by Figuree Studio, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, gift, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or upload the font files.
- Make the font files publicly available through websites, cloud folders, marketplaces, forums, or file-sharing platforms.
- Include the font files in editable templates, source files, design kits, themes, plugins, apps, games, or software without the correct license.
- Embed the font in a way that allows extraction, download, reuse, or access by unlicensed users.
- Claim ownership of the font, typeface, glyph designs, font name, or source files.
- Modify, rename, convert, or reverse engineer the font for redistribution, resale, or competing products.
- Use the font in illegal, misleading, defamatory, hateful, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content.
- Use the font beyond the seat, user, impression, domain, product, platform, or project limits of your license.
Desktop Use
Desktop use generally means installing the font on a computer or device to create static design work in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Affinity Designer, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
You may use the font for permitted static artwork based on your license. However, you may not share the font file with other users, clients, contractors, or team members unless your license allows additional users or seats.
If multiple people need to install or use the font, you may need a multi-seat, professional, corporate, or custom license.
Webfont Use
Webfont use means embedding the font on a website using formats such as WOFF, WOFF2, or CSS @font-face. Webfont use is only allowed if your selected license includes webfont rights.
You may not make the webfont file easily downloadable, extractable, or reusable by others. You should take reasonable steps to protect the file and use it only within the domains, projects, traffic volume, and usage scope covered by your license.
Use in SaaS platforms, web applications, user-generated design tools, online editors, or dynamic server-based rendering usually requires an App, Game & Server License, Corporate License, or custom written permission.
Logo and Trademark Use
You may use a Figuree Studio font to create a logo or brand identity only if your selected license allows that usage.
If the logo, wordmark, or brand mark will be registered as a trademark, used as the primary identity of a business, or used as an exclusive brand asset, you may need a Trademark Logo License or custom license.
Purchasing a font license does not transfer ownership of the font itself and does not give you exclusive rights to the typeface design. Other customers may also license and use the same font.
Editable Templates, POD, and Digital Products
Use in editable templates, print-on-demand products, design templates, Canva templates, Figma templates, website templates, social media kits, or other products where users can edit text may require a POD & Editable Template License or a custom license.
You may not include the font file inside a template, downloadable source file, design product, or editable product unless your license specifically allows it.
If your customer, client, or end user needs to type with the font, install the font, or access the font file, they may need their own license.
Apps, Games, Software, and Server Use
Embedding or using the font inside apps, games, software, digital products, servers, streaming systems, automated design tools, online generators, NFTs, blockchain products, or user-facing digital platforms is not covered by basic desktop use unless expressly stated.
These use cases usually require an App, Game & Server License, Corporate License, or custom license from Figuree Studio.
Server-side use, dynamic text rendering, automated image generation, user-generated content, or font delivery to multiple users must be reviewed before use.
Corporate and Enterprise Use
Corporate use includes use by larger companies, multiple departments, distributed teams, agencies, subsidiaries, franchise systems, or organizations requiring broader internal and external usage rights.
A Corporate License or custom written agreement may be required for company-wide installation, brand systems, large campaigns, broadcast usage, global packaging, enterprise apps, or other large-scale use.
Contact Figuree Studio if your company needs custom coverage, special terms, procurement documentation, invoice details, or multi-seat licensing.
Client Work and Third-Party Use
Designers, freelancers, studios, and agencies may use the font for client work if the selected license allows commercial and client usage.
You may deliver finished, non-editable artwork to a client. However, you may not send, share, transfer, or give the font files to the client unless the client has their own license or your license clearly allows transfer or multi-user access.
If the client needs to install, edit, embed, or continue using the font independently, the client must purchase the appropriate license from Figuree Studio.
Modification and Conversion
You may convert text to outlines, rasterize text, or make minor visual adjustments in final artwork as part of a normal design process.
You may not modify, rename, decompile, reverse engineer, recreate, convert, or generate a derivative font file for resale, redistribution, public sharing, or competing font products.
Custom modifications, additional glyphs, brand-exclusive versions, or custom font development require written agreement from Figuree Studio.
Backup Copies and File Storage
You may keep reasonable backup copies of the font files for your own licensed use. Backup copies must remain under your control and may not be shared with unlicensed users.
If you store the font in cloud storage, team drives, project folders, or asset management systems, you must ensure that access is limited only to licensed users covered by your license.
Free Fonts and Promotional Downloads
Free fonts, demo fonts, trial fonts, and promotional downloads are still protected by copyright and may be subject to separate license terms.
A free download does not automatically mean unlimited commercial use, redistribution rights, trademark rights, app embedding rights, server rights, or template resale rights.
Please check the license information included with the free product or listed on the product page. If no license is stated, contact Figuree Studio before using the font commercially.
Termination
This Agreement remains effective unless terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you violate any license term, payment obligation, restriction, or usage scope.
Upon termination, you must stop using the font, delete unauthorized copies, remove improper embeds, and stop distributing any product or material that violates this Agreement.
Termination does not remove your obligation to pay for additional licensing, damages, legal fees, or other remedies that may arise from unauthorized use.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, production delays, software conflicts, or design errors arising from the use or inability to use the font.
